Duncan Sutherland is currently engaged to provide executive coaching services to Directors and Managers of Family and Community Services in NSW. In addition, Duncan is providing administration and management for the roll-out of the project.
Tools being used include The Leadership Circle profile, DISC Analysis, VIA Signature Strengths Analysis and the OCEAN Big 5 Personality analysis.
