Standards Australia has developed guidelines for Coaching in Organizations. These Guidelines has been drafted by a committee chaired by Ann Whyte, with contributions from representatives of all coaching industry stakeholders, including universities, coaching houses, government agencies, professional associations and purchasers of coaching. The focus of the Guidelines is coaching in organisations at the executive and management levels.
The Guidelines are now being prepared by Standards Australia for publication in mid 2011. The attached summary gives an overview of the content of the Guidelines. The actual draft Guidelines are also attached. It is expected that these will change slightly when the final version is published.
